This Wednesday, March the 21st, took place the delivery of the XVII edition of the Tutto Piccolo Awards which are aimed at promoting interest in design and creation in the children’s fashion sector. The manager of this company, Mercedes Mataix, said that the decision was very difficult to make, since all the proposals had a great quality. In addition, Mataix was proud of this long collaboration with the Escola d’Art i Superior de Disseny d’Alcoi.
The results of this contest are detailed as follows: in the first place was Miriam Hernández for “Bella Venezia”, who received a prize of € 500 and a diploma; in second place Marta Moreno for “Adventure”, who received € 200 and a diploma; and finally there was an honorable mention to Montse Corbí for “Tree House” who received a diploma.
In addition to these prizes Tutto Piccolo has announced that it will offer a 3-month internship contract to one of the participants of this contest.
The jury that took this decision was formed by Mercedes Mataix, manager of Tutto Piccolo; Mercedes Moltó, founder of this company; Diana Gómez, professor of the EASDAlcoi and two representatives of the company.
Finally, the EASDAlcoi wanted to render a small, but meaningful, tribute to Mercedes Moltó for her long and fruitful career in which she fought to bring to excellence the project that became Tutto Piccolo. A company with an innovative philosophy that Moltó was able to lead to excellence, thanks to its product and its image.
