This Thursday, February 13th, Llaunart will be presented in School’s auditorium. It is a joint initiative of EASDAlcoi and Cada Lata Cuenta. The aim is to contribute from an artistic and design perspective to spread and promote the culture of recycling, especially cans.
Pablo García, director of Cada Lata Cuenta will explain to the participating students the proposal and will contextualize the lines of work to be developed by the different disciplines. It should be noted that it is a center action and there are different specialties involved: Applied Illustration, Product Design, Animation, Graphic Design and Photography. The last has already carried out its collaboration.
In addition, Pilar Basalobre and Carlos Jiménez of the photoAlquimia studio will hold an upcycling workshop, using materials already used to create new products of greater value than the original. Everything is always faced to making communicative elements around recycling.
The talk and workshop marks the beginning of the different projects that will be worked on throughout the second semester. In this way, the School shows its commitment to environmental issues and actively participates in the social awareness of it.
