Santa & Cole is a national and international reference company in the field of lighting and furniture design and has more than 30 years of experience. The students of Interiorism, finalists in the prizes Habitácola 2017, were invited by Arquinfad to know the headquarters of Santa & Cole located in Belloch (Barcelona), and also, the values and the way of working which make this firm to distribute its creations in more than 70 countries.
Nani Masó, co-founder of Santa & Cole and interior designer, started the day with a presentation in which she explained the company’s beginnings and one of the main objectives that has been maintained over the years “Get our editions to project the excitement of simplicity”. Afterwards, the students visited the Product Development department that allowed them to know the whole process, starting from the creation of a product, until it is introduced in the market. Also attending this visit were the president of Arquinfad, Sílvia Farriol and Ignasi Bonet, one of its members. They took advantage of this opportunity to thank the students, Carolina García, Montse López, Elia Morales and Irene Morcillo, for their participation in the Habitácola 2017 awards and especially to congratulate them on their projects in the selection of the top ten. Next Thursday, June 29 will be held the awards ceremony.
