Next Thursday, March the 15th, from 11 am to 3 pm, the Product Design students of the Escola d’Art i Superior de Disseny d’Alcoi will take part in a Random Shape workshop given by Francesc Lluc Sempere José whose aim will be making our students curious about the experimentation of the latest technologies to generate unique pieces of different shapes.
The Random Shape project is born from the concept of generating virtual forms in a random way using the latest technologies to be able to materialize them. Lluc has designed an environment resembling a recreational machine with which the user watches the shape in a screen and from where volumes can be created in a random way. Once the shape has been created, it can be saved and subsequently printed in 3D.
